Fundamentals Trip with Overland Experts (OEX) Uwharrie NC

Let’s go get dirty for real! Went to make sure we had our basics down from the guys at OEX in early April and we were in great hands! The instructors were fun and encouraging and the little Rover got some great exercise. Our favorite was sliding backwards downhill and sending it into our “stuff hole” (yes we were supposed to slide and yes that was what they called it and now we can’t stop saying stuff hole). 650 miles of driving to get there, then train then 650 miles back on Sunday. This was a short trip to North Carolina but a crucial one as we built the skillset needed for the more demanding training ahead.
